A simple approach to transferring to us as Your Certification Body

Contact us to discuss your transfer requirements with one of our Advisors

A. Share

Request and complete the Quote Request Form and return with the following required documentation.
  • Your current certificate from a UKAS Accredited Certification Body
  • Latest Audit Report dating back to the last recertification year
  • Evidence of closure of any non-conformances
  • Any supportive information

B. Review

Once you are happy to approve our quote. We will review your transfer documentation to see if we need to carry out an onsite evaluation or whether we can carry out a desktop audit.

C. New certification

If all successful we will issue your new certificate in line with your current expiry dates with details how to use your mark.

Notify

You can now notify your old certification body that you no longer wish to maintain your certification.
